    Refocus on education technology R&D. CONNEC-T is built — the platform used under license by TutorAide, an independent entity.

  3. 2026

    Technology activities begin operating publicly under the StudioSpec brand. FinSpec Inc. remains the legal entity for contracts, fiscal filings, and other formal matters.

The team is led by its founder, with the support of a research scientist and a small technical crew in Montréal.
